Tigrate Technology L.L.C., operating as Tigrate Tech ("Tigrate," "we," "us," or "our"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This notice explains what we collect through tigratech.ai, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.
1. Scope and product-specific notices
This policy covers our company website and related business inquiries. It does not replace the privacy notice, data-processing terms, or commercial agreement that applies to a particular product.
- Tigrate Vision: our current Vision APIs process input images during the request without storing those input images at Tigrate. Images are transmitted for analysis, and service providers may participate in processing under their applicable data-handling terms. See Vision data handling before submitting production data.
- Rebound: educational uploads and app-account information are governed by the separate Rebound Privacy Policy.
- Tigrate Atlas and Tigrate Beacon: these products are in development. Contact us to discuss the dataset license, production data-processing terms, and notices applicable to your proposed use.
RapidAPI, app stores, and other external services have their own privacy practices. This website’s illustrative API examples do not upload or analyze visitor images.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: our contact form asks for your name, email address, product interest, and message. Correspondence may also contain business details you choose to share and our replies.
- Technical information: website and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser and device information, access times, and error or security events to deliver and protect the website.
- Preferences: if you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser as described below.
- Analytics, where enabled: website infrastructure may provide traffic and performance measurements. The information available depends on the analytics service and its configuration.
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, customer images, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form. The form is for business inquiries, not product uploads.
3. How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss integrations and product availability, maintain business correspondence, deliver the website, remember your display preference, investigate errors or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where analytics is enabled, we use it to understand website performance and improve content.
We do not use personal information submitted through this website to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. A business inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter. If marketing subscriptions are offered, the relevant form will describe the choice and how to unsubscribe.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: responding to your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective customers and operating a secure website, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The theme control stores only light or dark under the key tigrate-theme in local storage on your device. Our theme code does not send that preference to us or use it for advertising. It remains until you change it or clear your website data. If you have not made a choice, the website follows your device’s color preference.
Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies to support delivery and prevent abuse. Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it provides traffic measurements; its operation is separate from the theme preference. You can manage cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings, although blocking storage may prevent preferences from being remembered.
We do not use website inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If non-essential tracking requiring consent is introduced, we will provide the notice and choice required before enabling it.
5. When we disclose information
We do not sell the personal information collected through this company website for monetary consideration or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement concerns website visitor and inquiry information; it is not a representation about the contents or licensing of a future Atlas dataset.
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers supporting website hosting, network delivery, security, email delivery, and business communications. Depending on the service used, these may include Cloudflare, Resend, and Google Workspace.
- Professional advisers when needed for legal, accounting, or other business advice.
- Authorities or other recipients where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or address a security issue.
- Parties to a business transaction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations and appropriate safeguards.
A future data product may include information from public or licensed sources. Website contact submissions are not offered as Atlas inventory. Dataset-specific source rights, permitted uses, and any additional privacy obligations must be addressed separately.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this notice, taking into account its nature, our relationship with you, and applicable legal and dispute-resolution requirements.
- Contact and email correspondence: typically up to 24 months after the last substantive communication, unless an ongoing customer relationship, legal requirement, or dispute requires longer retention.
- Infrastructure and security records: according to the relevant provider’s configuration and the operational or security need.
- Browser preferences: on your device until changed or cleared; we do not maintain a server-side theme preference record.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused.
7. International processing
Tigrate operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your own. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the appropriate mechanism must apply to the transfer. Contact us to discuss any location-specific processing requirements.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law applicable to the information, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of specified uses. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a decision on a request, or complain to your privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by law.
Send requests to privacy@tigratech.ai. Describe the request and your relationship with Tigrate so we can locate the relevant information. We may request proportionate verification of your identity or an agent’s authority. Please do not send an identity document unless we have agreed on a suitable verification method.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any extension, exception, or refusal that applies. To appeal, reply to our response with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” If your request concerns a product, identify that product so we can apply its notice and route the request appropriately.
9. Children’s privacy
This company website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the company website. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Rebound’s separate notice addresses its app-specific audience and data practices.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our website, products, or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. An updated notice does not by itself authorize a materially different use of previously collected information.
